Do WhatsApp reminders work on the free plan?
The free plan includes Booking & Google calendar integration. Whatsapp remiders are on premium plans.
How do WhatsApp reminders get sent?
When someone books, Try Meet IQ collects their phone number and sends confirmations plus timed reminders — typically 24 hours and 1 hour before the meeting — to their WhatsApp number automatically.
What happens if a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled?
Every reminder is linked to the booking. If the time changes, pending reminders update automatically; if it is cancelled, they stop and both sides get a cancellation notice.
Which calendars and conferencing tools are supported?
Google Calendar syncs availability in real time and Google Meet links are generated automatically for every confirmed booking.
Can I customize the reminder messages?
Yes. You can edit the wording, timing and number of reminders for each event type, so the messages match your brand and workflow.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS, access is role-controlled, and Google user data is handled in line with Google’s Limited Use requirements. Read more on our security page.
